KAPSEL makes this product available in the understanding that it has not been cleared for medical use by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or Health Canada and it should only be used during the declared COVID-19 public health emergency if approved products are unavailable.

This product is non-sterile and has not been disinfected. This product has not been evaluated for the prevention of specific diseases or infections, the filtering of surgical smoke or plumes, the filtering of viruses or bacteria, or the killing or reduction of viruses, bacteria or fungi.

Not recommended for use in a surgical setting where exposure to liquid, bodily or other hazardous fluids may be expected or for use in a clinical setting where infection risk level through inhalation exposure is high. Not recommended for use in the presence of a high-intensity heat source or flammable gas. This product is intended for one-time use by a single user.

The user is responsible for any testing, validation, and/or regulatory submissions that may be required to support the safety and efficacy of their intended application for this product.

LIABILITY NOTICE
The user assumes all risks associated with the product’s use and shall exercise their own skill and care respect to its use, including the voiding of manufacturers’ warranties of devices with which the product is used.
In no event shall KAPSEL be liable for any incident of consequential damages resulting from the use the product. Except where specifically prohibited by law, the user waives and releases KAPSEL from any and all claims related to the usage of the product and no warranties of any kind are offered for the product design and specifications.

REFUNDS
No refunds or warranties will be issued with these products, all sales are final.

SHIPPING
Items will be shipped with the fastest option available at the cost level selected, but no guarantees can be made during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic due to high volume and travel restrictions. Please refer to our disclaimers for further information.
